Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
- Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or similar;
- Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in more than one of the following technologies or platforms:
.NET/C#
- MongoDB;
- SQL;
- SalesForce Commerce Cloud;
- PHP
- Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);
Kubernetes;
Problem-solving attitude;
