Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and analyze incidents to ensure compliance with the Service Level and obtain a permanent fix, guaranteeing proper analysis of the cause of the incident;
  • Participating in the configuration of appropriate support models and knowledge transfer for implemented systems and processes;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar;
  • Previous experience working with specialized support teams;
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in more than one of the following technologies or platforms:

  • .NET/C#

  • MongoDB;
  • SQL;
  • SalesForce Commerce Cloud;
  • PHP
  • Cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);
  • Kubernetes;

  • Problem-solving attitude;

  • High levels of curiosity, multitasking, proactivity and...
