  • Guarantee the processing of the flow of requests (telephone, e-mails, etc.) received from internal or external customers and partners, in compliance with standards and procedures in terms of quality, control, security of operations and confidentiality
  • Guarantee the quality of the customer relationship and improve it (customer reception and satisfaction), by alerting on dissatisfaction
