We are looking for an application support specialist for the Advanced Genomics Solution (AGS) team to help optimize processes and ensure that our users achieve their desired goals! To excel in this position, you will need a curious mind, ingenuity and strong problem solving skills.
The ideal candidate is an independent person that will support customer applications and provide professional consulting, assist sales department, training new labs and implementing new technologies.
