Application Support Specialist We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an Application Support Specialist at Marsh, you will be responsible for problem solving, knowledge generation, and developing repeatable processes, and you will respond as the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and is responsible for the construction of standard communications.We will count on you to: Provide production support for applications, ensuring high availability and performance.Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, working closely with the Incident Management team to handle major incidents effectively.Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration, including scaling, and managing containerized applications.Read and analyze logs from Kubernetes and application containers to identify and resolve issues proac...
