Job Description
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the operations, support and continuous improvement of major enterprise industrial applications. You’ll bring a strong technical background, at least 5+ years in application support, and the ability to proactively monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across a diverse environment using incident and change management ITIL practices. You’ll work closely with vendors, product owners, cloud engineers and security teams, contributing to lifecycle management and system enhancements following the software development lifecycle within an agile delivery model.
