Application Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out new setup
• Provide guidance to application user
• Provide application trouble-shooting
• Log, escalate and follow through with issue raise by users
• Support in the testing of new application and enhancement patches
• Conduct training for users on the use of the application

Job Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma in IT or relevant discipline
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills
• Patient, polite, friendly and helpful personality
• Positive attitude, dynamic, resourceful and independent
• Able to cope with fast paced-environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL will be an advantage

• Junior/entry level are welcomed. Training will be provided

• Singaporean only
