Application Support Specialist

We are looking for a Application Support with:

✔ 5+ years of experience in application support (preferably in international environments)

✔ Strong experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

✔ Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line support and cross-team coordination

✔ Knowledge of cybersecurity platforms and vulnerability management guidelines

✔ Experience with knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Wikis)

✔ ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification
