We are looking for a Application Support with:

5+ years of experience in application support (preferably in international environments)

Strong experience with incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow)

Experience in 1st and/or 2nd line support and cross-team coordination

Knowledge of cybersecurity platforms and vulnerability management guidelines

Experience with knowledge management tools (SharePoint, Wikis)

ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification

Location: Lisbon, Hybrid

Project Type: International

Level of Experience: Senior (+5 years)
