We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the IT Support sector. We have an excellent opportunity for an Application Support Specialist to oversee system integrity and performance.

£40,000 - £45,000 + Bonus + Pension + Parking + Other Benefits

Monday - Thursday, 8am - 5pm, and Friday 8am - 2pm

This role can be fully remote, working UK standard hours - must have excellent English language and written skills.

Application Support Specialist's Core Duties

  • Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users
  • Identify and resolve issues and system failures
  • Configure and enhance the ERP system to improve functionality
  • Provide training to employees on new system features and best practices
  • Identify potential automation of existing processes within the ERP system
