Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Incident Management
- Provide L2/L3 production support for mission-critical applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor systems, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution within SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
- Participate in major incident management (MIM) calls and post-incident reviews.
- Work closely with application, database, network, and security teams.
Linux/Unix System Administration
- Manage and support Linux/Unix servers (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Perform system health checks, log analysis, and performance tuning.
- Handle user access, file systems, cron jobs, and process management.
- Write and maintain shell scripts for automation and operational tasks.
AWS Cloud Support
- Support applications hosted on AWS Cloud.
- Work with AWS services such as EC2, EBS, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, VPC, ELB, and Auto Scaling.
