Job Description

The job description seeks candidates with both business skills and technical IT knowledge and demands an ability to manage multiple high-level tasks under pressure.

You’ll will work closely with internal teams and vendors to provide payment systems support in all areas of applications, including testing, design and analysis.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and implement procedures, policies, and processes to ensure and improve system quality. In this role, you will monitor payment system processes to ensure timely and efficient resolution of IT application-related incidents by providing a 24x7 support model. You’ll also optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency, as well as enhancing user satisfaction with our payment systems, by improving the usability, accessibility and value provided.
