Job Description

Syone is looking for an Application Support Engineer to ensure effective and responsive first and second-level support for all applications under its scope, providing technical assistance and maintaining application stability.


What you would do:


  • Support the business by understanding IT needs, workflows, and scenarios;
  • Provide timely updates on issues, tasks, and projects to the business, team members, and partner teams;
  • Analyze underlying issues, assess associated patch fixes/releases, and identify systemic problems;
  • Contribute to improving post-release checkouts and operational processes;
  • Enhance daily operations by writing scripts and automating procedure-oriented tasks;
  • Collaborate with infrastructure and development teams to ensure smooth application performance and delivery.
