Application Support Specialist

This role is based in Singapore and is fully remote working for a UK FinTech firm.

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist with experience of supporting bespoke software to join one of the UK's leading FinTech companies, providing application support to clients based in the APAC region.

Your duties in this Application Support Specialist role will include:

• Application application support for systems and middleware
• Writing SQL queries and SQL scripting
• Performance tuning and application monitoring
• Root cause analysis, assessing the impact of incidents
• Work on the planning and implementation of new software releases/changes into the live environment
• Monitor and prioritise support requests, ensuring all parties are kept informed throughout and escalating where required
