Application Support Specialist

Yondu, Inc. is hiring an Application Support Specialist in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. The role starts January 2026 onwards.

Minimum Qualifications

• SQL
• Ticket handling

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Application Support team in ensuring 24/7 operations, including monitoring and maintenance of all live services, platforms, and gateways.
• Initiate functional testing for critical services as part of monitoring.
• Correct errors and modify existing software.
• Upgrade interfaces by updating hardware for better performance.
• Study existing systems and recommend installation or upgrade of new systems, ensuring incidents are acknowledged, resolved, or escalated per SLA and following up until resolution.
