Job Purpose Summary:
- Key responsibilities:
- Capabilities of reproducing issues (testing)
- Respond to user requests and register them
- Generate solutions for those problems reported by users
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks
- Essential work skills:
- Minimum 1-year knowledge of Service Desk or Help Desk team expected and demonstrable
- Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Be able to work independently as well as part of the team
- Work calmly under pressure
- Shift:
- M-F; 09-18 local time (time of the shift can be adapted)
- Salary offer:
- $5000MXN per week
