About the Role

The Application Support Team Lead manages Level 2 Application and Technical Support for Global Payments production applications, focusing on transactional activities and integrated payment systems. The role leads a distributed support team, ensures incident resolution, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and upholds stability and operational excellence.
