Application Tracking System Needed

Hi,
We are looking for someone to design and implement a lightweight but scalable workflow that includes:

• Form → database integration (Lovable → Airtable or Notion)

• Automated acknowledgement emails

• Structured tagging fields (e.g. status, alignment, notes)

• Pipeline stages (new, reviewing, follow-up, funded, etc.)

• Clean internal dashboard for weekly review

• Email integration so replies are organised and traceable
The goal is to:

• Respond quickly

• Track applicants over time

• Avoid inbox congestion

• Spot high-signal candidates early

• Maintain long-term founder records
Deliverable:
A fully working system with documentation so it can be managed internally.
Ideal experience:
