Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst

Citibank, seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Tampa, Florida location.

Duties: Perform analysis on datasets using Structured Query Language (SQL) queries to determine data quality, coverage, and complexity, and normalize disparate data sets into a common logical model. Work directly with Technology, Operations, Legal and Business stakeholders to successfully gather project requirements and deliver projects leveraging enterprise reference data platform. Create Business and Functional Requirement Documents to translate business logic into functional requirements and communicate expected functional deliverables to Developers and other stakeholders. Understand business requirements to create JIRA tasks, distribute them into subtasks, determine acceptance criteria and aim to complete them in monthly sprints.
