**Job Summary**:
This position is for a Technical Solutions Engineer, in the Technical Solutions Support team for the Acuity DigitalLighting Components group (DLC).
**Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)**:
Sales Win:
- Technical Sales support and Design-In
Solutions:
- Interoperability development and testing
- Content creation - Solution Guides, DVP, White Papers, Sales Collateral and Documentation
Tech Service:
- Case resolution management (Salesforce tools)
- Knowledgebase development
- Troubleshooting, RMA avoidance
**Education (minimum education required)**:
- Bachelor of Engineering**Experience (minimum experience required)**:
- Lighting Controls - DALI, DMX, 0-10V, Wireless protocols, Emergency Power, IoT, BACnet, App based
- Lighting Components - Power Electronics, LED driver, EM battery driver, sensors, LED light engine
- Lighting/controls compliance - UL, ENEC, NEC, FCC, T24, Energy Star, DLC
