About the Role
Join Baker Hughes as an Applications Engineer specializing in Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems . In this role, you will design, plan, and optimize ESP applications to ensure flawless execution across pre-job planning, job execution, and post-job analysis . You will work closely with Service Delivery Coordinators and cross-functional teams to deliver technical programs that maximize well performance and meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process for ESP operations.
  • Design and validate ESP job programs, including risk mitigation and contingency plans .
  • Perform offset job analysis , engineering modeling, and hazard identification.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure all technical constraints are addressed.
