- Fluent English (B2–C1 level) – written and spoken.
- Strong expertise in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Ansible, or PSADT .
- Proven experience with software packaging tools (e.g., Flexera Admin Studio) and distribution platforms like Microsoft SCCM or Intune
