Job Description
Primary Purpose of the Role
The position is responsible for managing product data, providing ERPLY product support, assisting with website and portal projects, responding to support tickets, and completing ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or Business Systems Manager.
Product Data Management
- Maintain and update product data sheets (DCT) in Excel.
- Add, remove, and optimize product information and imagery for the product portal.
- Assist Franchise Owners with product data updates in ERPLY as requested.
ERPLY Product Support
- Act as the first point of contact for ERPLY product support queries via support tickets.
- Provide assistance and escalate to the Business Systems Manager or ERPLY support when needed.
Website & Portal Support
- Provide support to the development team on website and portal-related projects.
