Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives in a large, globally distributed development environment
Manage technical delivery of complex, high-impact projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Drive delivery across multiple cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
Provide strong leadership to technology delivery and application development teams, with the ability to be hands-on when required
Oversee delivery of large-scale Cards platform initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and enhancements
Partner closely with senior technical and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and stakeholder alignment
