We already have frontend and backend engineering covered.
This role is 100% focused on making the AI itself excellent .
The Role
We’re hiring an Applied AI Engineer to own the quality, reasoning, and behavior of our LLM systems.
This is not a general AI role.
You will not be working on UI, APIs, or infra plumbing.
You will own:
AI behavior and reasoning quality
Prompt architecture and constraints
Evaluation and regression testing
RAG correctness and explainability
Continuous improvement loops based on real usage
