Our focus is not demos, it’s AI behavior that is realistic, consistent, explainable, and production-safe .

We already have frontend and backend engineering covered.

This role is 100% focused on making the AI itself excellent .

We’re hiring an Applied AI Engineer to own the quality, reasoning, and behavior of our LLM systems.

This is not a general AI role.

You will not be working on UI, APIs, or infra plumbing.
