The role

We’re hiring an Applied AI Engineer to join a small, delivery-focused AI consultancy working with UK government and enterprise clients.
This is a hands-on role for someone early to mid-career who wants exposure to real customers, real problems, and real AI systems in production. You’ll work across the full lifecycle — from understanding a client’s problem, to shaping solutions, to building and delivering working systems.
There’s no rigid role definition and no heavy hierarchy. You’re trusted to take ownership, learn quickly, and contribute where you can add the most value.
