Snapshot / Role Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Applied Chiller Service Technician in Seattle, WA to service and repair large commercial HVAC systems, with a focus on chillers.

  • Troubleshoot and fix complex issues with speed and skill




  • Deliver expert service that clients trust




  • Help extend equipment life and reduce downtime


    • Responsibilities


  • Service and repair chillers (air-cooled, water-cooled, screw, centrifugal, magnetic bearing)




  • Perform diagnostics, teardowns, and major repairs




  • Assist with system startups and commissioning




  • Communicate clearly with customers and document work




  • Follow all safety and manufacturer guidelines


    • Requirements
    Must-Haves


  • 12+ years in commercial HVAC




  • 5+ years working with applied systems and chillers




  • Experience with screw and centrifugal units




  • Based in the Seattle area with a solid work record




  • Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills


    • Nice-to-Haves


  • OEM training/certifications (Trane, York, Carrier, etc.)




  • Experience with centrifugal teardowns




  • EPA Universal, OSHA 10/30




  • Bonus: BAS or controls experience
