Job Description
**What You'll Do**:
- Work with our internal agent infrastructure to build tools of varying complexity to support all teams within the organization
- Explore and experiment with integrating 3rd party AI solutions into our workflows
- Utilize generative AI models both behind APIs and running on our own hardware (e.g. if we wanted to fine tune or to optimize for latency and spend)
- Provision and configure hardware and install software in support of AI tools as needed
- Troubleshoot existing prompts in our public facing products and internal tools and come up with optimal new prompts, choose the best models for each task, and constantly evaluate and iterate Support others in their journey to squeeze maximal gains from Generative AI
-mentor, answer questions, provide feedback and advice and help us to fully become an AI first organization.
- Proactively teach people by organizing and leading training sessions, reaching out and pairing up across many different teams.
