Job Description
We’re looking for an Appointment Scheduling & Admin Support Specialist to manage client communications, confirm bookings, and support daily operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent English communication skills to maintain professional interactions with clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Confirm client bookings via phone after they fill out lead ads or landing page forms.
- Send reminder and confirmation calls or messages one day before appointments.
- Reach out to previous clients to promote new offers, updates, and promotions.
- Make occasional cold calls to potential leads during downtime.
- Maintain and update client data in Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Keep internal teams informed about client booking statuses and attendance.
- Respond to client queries promptly through various communication channels.
