About the Role:-
We are looking for a highly motivated Online Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales) to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations and setting quality appointments with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with leads via calls, emails, Whats App, Linked In, and CRM tools Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy
Schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Closer team
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
Understand company services and effectively communicate value propositions
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets
Required Skills:- Excellent spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or pre-sales preferred Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and lead tracking systems
Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working with US or international clients Background in digital marketing sales. Understanding of B2 B sales processes
Work Timings:- US Business Hours (Night Shift in India) Fixed 8-hour shift with weekly offs
