Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls: Conduct high‑volume outbound calls to warm leads, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Scheduling: Qualify leads and book appointments with Property Investment Advisors, accurately logging appointments in the CRM system.
• Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and follow up on leads, including reschedules and cancellations.
• KPI Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs, including call volume and booked appointments.
• Team Work: Work closely with the sales team to refine messaging, improve processes, and achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with clear and professional phone etiquette.
• General understanding of property investment principles (advantage).
• Ability to listen attentively to understand the needs of the lead and qualify accordingly.
• Working knowledge of the building and construction process (advantage).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a unified team.
• Finance knowledge, such as property investment background, highly regarded.
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
• A great attitude!!!
