About the Role
The Appointment Setter will contact inbound leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for financial advisors. This role requires confidence, empathy, and strong follow-up skills. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, comfortable speaking with seniors, and experienced in appointment setting or sales support.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Outreach & Appointment Setting
Call inbound and warm leads generated by the company
Speak with seniors about retirement-related topics
Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for advisors
Confirm appointments and ensure high show-up rates
• Tracking & Follow-Up
Track scheduled appointments and attendance
Update lead and appointment status in GoHighLevel
Follow up with prospects to reduce no-shows
Maintain accurate notes and records
• Communication & Representation
Act as a professional and trustworthy brand representative
Answer basic questions and guide prospects through next steps
Handle objections calmly and confidently
Maintain a positive and motivated sales mindset
Qualifications & Skills
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or call-based roles
• Comfortable speaking with seniors and handling sensitive conversations
• Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM systems
• Resilient, goal-driven, and performance-oriented
• Organized and consistent with follow-up
Preferred Background
• Experience in financial services or insurance
• Understanding of retirement-related conversations
• Sales or call center experience
