About the Role:-
We are looking for a highly motivated Online Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales) to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations and setting quality appointments with US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
Engage with leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy
Schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Closer team
Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
