**Please note: This position requires full-time on-site availability in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.**
The Pre-Qualification Agent at DYADlaw, P.C., also known as the Appointment Setter, is responsible for qualifying prospective clients by managing the processes of evaluating incoming potential clients over the phone. This process includes the initial contact with leads, preliminary screening, and scheduling consultations. The Pre-Qualification Agent plays a vital role in ensuring that only qualified leads are passed on to the legal team, contributing to the firm's mission of helping immigrants with their legal status and defining their American dreams.
**Compensation**:
$19,000 MXN monthly
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintains a daily outgoing call volume meeting minimum quotas.
- Manages a list of leads and their journey in CRM, including logging all calls and keeping accounts up to date with lead statuses and any other additional info...
