Job Title: Online Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales)

Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift – India)

About the Role:-

We are looking for a highly motivated Online Appointment Setter (Pre-Sales) to connect with inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline by initiating meaningful conversations and setting quality appointments with US-based clients.


Key Responsibilities:-

  • Engage with leads via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and CRM tools
  • Qualify prospects based on their needs, budget, and readiness to buy
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the Sales Closer team
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads to maximize conversions
  • Understand company services and effectively communicate value propositions
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets


Required Skills:-

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
  • Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or pre-sales preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, email outreach, and lead tracking systems
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely


Preferred Qualifications:-

  • Experience working with US or international clients
  • Background in digital marketing sales.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes


Work Timings:-

  • US Business Hours (Night Shift in India)
  • Fixed 8-hour shift with weekly offs
