Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Appointment setter. The primary responsibilities include:

• Connecting with inbound leads via phone calls.
• Understanding their emotional triggers.
• Guiding them with empathy and conviction to the best decision for their health.
• Book 200+ qualified calls/month
• Maintain quality CRM entries and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in prospecting and maintaining high show-up rate.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence at all levels
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Previous experience in appointment setting
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting or cold calling.
• Confident on calls with excellent verbal skills.
• Skilled at active listening, emotional connection, and guiding decisions.
• Committed, self-driven, and available Mon–Sat (10AM–7PM IST).

What You’ll Earn:

• You’ll be compensated based on how well you convert. The better you perform, the more you earn.
• Base Pay: ₹20,000 with earning potential of ₹50,000+ per month
