Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Executive (UK Market)

We are looking for a mid-level Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Executive who knows how outbound actually works, not someone who just sends a few emails and waits.
This role is focused on UK-market lead generation and appointment setting for software, SaaS, and service-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, running outbound campaigns, following up consistently, and booking qualified meetings.
If you are process-driven but flexible enough to adapt messaging, this role is for you.
- Generate qualified leads for the UK market using outbound methods
- Run outbound email campaigns and manage follow-ups
- Perform LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Research prospects and decision-makers accurately
- Book qualified appointments for the sales or founder team
- Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
- Use tools like Apollo, CRM platforms, and email tools effectively
- Track outreach activity and outcomes clearly
- Work closely with internal teams to refine targeting and messaging
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach tools
- Apollo or similar lead databases
- Any CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Cold calling experience
- UK B2B sales exposure
- SaaS or software services background
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting
- Experience handling outbound-heavy roles
- Comfortable working UK hours
- Strong written communication skills
- Process-driven but flexible in execution
- Consistent with follow-ups
- Comfortable with outbound work, no hesitation or excuses
- Organised, accountable, and self-managed
