Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Executive (UK Market)

Full-time, Onsite, Chennai, India

We are looking for a mid-level Appointment Setter & Lead Generation Executive who knows how outbound actually works, not someone who just sends a few emails and waits.

This role is focused on UK-market lead generation and appointment setting for software, SaaS, and service-based businesses. You will be responsible for identifying the right prospects, running outbound campaigns, following up consistently, and booking qualified meetings.

If you are process-driven but flexible enough to adapt messaging, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified leads for the UK market using outbound methods
  • Run outbound email campaigns and manage follow-ups
  • Perform LinkedIn outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Research prospects and decision-makers accurately
  • Book qualified appointments for the sales or founder team
  • Maintain and update leads in CRM systems
  • Use tools like Apollo, CRM platforms, and email tools effectively
  • Track outreach activity and outcomes clearly
  • Work closely with internal teams to refine targeting and messaging


Tools & Platforms You Must Know
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Email outreach tools
  • Apollo or similar lead databases
  • Any CRM (Zoho, HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)


Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
  • Cold calling experience
  • UK B2B sales exposure
  • SaaS or software services background


Experience Required
  • Minimum 1.5 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting
  • Experience handling outbound-heavy roles
  • Comfortable working UK hours
