About the Role

We are seeking a proactive, high-energy Appointment Setter with experience in the real estate industry to manage lead outreach, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our team.

This role includes cold calling and follow-ups to generate and secure appointments. It is not a sales or closing position , success in this role comes from persistence, professionalism, and strong communication, not closing deals.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, highly self‑motivated, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

This is a remote position.
