Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter (Remote)

Job Description: We’re looking for a Business Development Specialist / Appointment Setter to handle B2B outbound sales calls, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team. This role is fully remote and focused on introducing commercial cleaning and janitorial services to businesses.

What you’ll do:

  • Make high-volume outbound B2B sales calls
  • Qualify prospects and schedule sales appointments
  • Research and identify businesses that fit our target market
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity reports
  • Meet daily activity targets (80–100 calls/emails per day)

What we’re looking for:
