As an Appointment Setting Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals exploring our wellness solutions. Your voice will spark interest, build trust, and set the stage for impactful conversations with our senior sales team.

What You'll Do

  • Make First Contact: Reach out to prospective customers with curiosity and care, introducing them to Sun Coast Sciences’ science-backed products.

  • Set the Table for Sales: Schedule qualified appointments for our senior closers — every conversation you set in motion helps someone on their journey to better skin and health.

  • Collaborate & Refine: Work closely with sales leadership to maximize conversion rates and improve outreach strategy.

Who We’re In Search Of

  • A knack for persuasive communication and unwavering determination to reach key decision-makers

  • Ability to manage a fluid calendar and prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and efficiency

  • Ambitious self-starters, passionate about personal development and driven by the prospect of career advancement

  • Fluent in English with superb verbal and written communication skills, building rapport naturally and authentically

  • Technical aptitude, with a reliable internet connection exceeding an Octane Speed of 20,000 to ensure smooth operations

  • Availability of backup power solutions to mitigate potential disruptions

  • A private workspace equipped with a high-performing computer, quality microphone, webcam, and noise cancelling headset to facilitate clear communication


Compensation:

  • Base pay plus commission with uncapped earnings potential.

Schedule:

  • 9am-5:30pm CST, Sunday & Monday Off

  • 9am-5:30pm CST, Friday & Saturday Off
