The Thermal Management Solutions Group provides global customers in the automotive sector with thermal management solutions and new technologies and systems that drive the transition of engine development from internal combustion engines to hybrid, battery electric and fuel cell vehicles. The Thermal Management Solutions Group is uniquely positioned as a technology company with three highly regarded global thermostat brands, Magal and Wahler, and more than 800 employees at manufacturing sites in Brazil, China, France, Germany, the UK and the US.


For the year 2024 we are searching motivated trainees for the following professions:

  • Industrial clerks (m/f/x)

    • Requirements: 


    – good secondary school diploma or lower secondary school graduates


    – interest in business procedures, ability to work in teams, communication skills


    Duration of training: 3 years


    Vocational school: Albert-Schäffle-Schule, Nürtingen

  • Industrial mechanics (m/f/x)

    • Requirements: 


    – secondary school diploma or technical college certificate


    – technical expertise, spatial imagination, ability to work in teams


    Duration of training: 3,5 years


    Vocational school: Philipp-Matthäus-Hahn Schule, Nürtingen
