In this role, you will provide operational and technical support for business-specific applications and systems. Collaborating with Infrastructure support teams, you will assist our business partners with first-line remote support for IT issues related to CI applications. Your responsibilities will include following standard operating procedures for incident and service requests, proactively monitoring applications, responding to alerts, and providing periodic health check reports. Our team operates 24/7, requiring flexibility to work during APAC, EMEA, or AMER hours, including weekends on a rotational shift basis.
