How will you make an impact in this role?

Every one of our Operations Team Care Professionals represents the American Express Brand. They take their work personally because theyre more than a friendly voice, theyre problem solvers and relationship builders. The people youll work with, and the customers youll care for, value your passion and unique personality as much as we do. We manage the customer relationship with the bank by managing everything from updating addresses to processing applications.

  • Managing and processing New Banking products applications

  • Servicing Clients through Inbound/Outbound calls , Shift timming -24×7 Rotational.

  • Ensure established compliance measures are met when completing set-up and maintenance of accounts.

  • Check against incoming Banking Products Applications ensuring that AXP meets its regulatory, fraud, risk, AML, and due diligence requirements.

  • Multitask and efficiently navigate through multiple screens and systems to effectively provide extraordinary customer care Work in a fast-paced, structured service center environment.

  • Document necessary account information and offer solutions that benefit the customer and our business.

  • Maintain acceptable performance standards.

  • Error free, Effective and efficient processing of applications.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • Not more than 5 years of difference between highest education degree completion date and joining date

  • Should not have enrolled in any prior Government Apprenticeship programs

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges

  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
