JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The primary responsibility of the Bar Apprentice is to provide excellent service to all guests who approach the bar, keeps the bar area cleaned and stocked at all times, and assist the Bartender with various duties.

JOB FOCUS:
Focus is on, but not limited to the following:

  • Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, coolers and other bar appliances in accordance with SLS policies as well as the Clark County Health Standards
  • Maintains floors and keeps them free of garbage or debris
  • Ensures back bar is set properly with all product labels facing and pour spouts facing to the left.
