Job Description

We have an immediate opening for an Apprentice Composite Repair Technician involved in the repair structures for the Rotor Blades and Composites department. This position will report directly to the Crew Chief, Composites and Structures. The incumbent will be based in Langley, BC supporting our Airframe Business Unit. 

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Surface preparation, skin and core repairs

  • Cold and hot bonding of metal and composites, sanding and paint prep

  • Organization of composite and/or blade repairs

  • Repair fabrication, post repair inspections

  • Visually inspect/assess and assist repairs to aircraft structures, systems and equipment, complete records of work done and sustain an accurate record system.
