Position Summary

The location for this position is Chandigarh but as per business requirement it can be change to Panchkula facility too. The Facility Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and functionality of an organization’s physical environment. This position supports daily facility management activities, assists with maintenance coordination, and provides logistical support to staff and visitors.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Assist and be responsible for the transport activities related to employees pick & drop as well as Official visitors as and when required.
  • Help in managing cafeteria Management & able to support for smooth operation in accordance with team
  • Office Management including Inventory management and Assert Management report.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair of the office and the machinery (UPS, PAC system, Split AC, VRV units etc.)
  • HSE is appropriately adhered to.
  • Any other work which may be assigned for smooth functioning of the department.
  • Floor Plan, Drawings, Workstation Data & seating plans
  • Access System, CCTV, Fire & Safety Audits etc.
  • SLA Manpower Management, Attendance Verification, Familiar with Soft services etc.
  • Budgeting & all other MIS, Cost Tracker, Transport cost Tracker etc.
  • Event/ Hotel / Guest House arrangements 
  • Assist in maintaining data Analytics (Budgeting forecast & Facility note keeper)
  • Help with Telecom Invoicing & Data tracker

  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Technical degree or equivalent Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics (Polytechnic or Technical Institute).
  • Basic knowledge of facility systems (HVAC, VRV, Electrical Panel, Plumbing) preferred
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols
  • Knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.) is preferable".
