Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages to staff and guests in a timely and courteous manner.
- Pantry Maintenance: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry area, including countertops, sinks, and storage spaces.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment (e.g., coffee machines, microwaves) and utensils after use.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Regularly monitor and refill pantry supplies such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, snacks, and disposable items.
- Track pantry inventory levels and proactively coordinate with the procurement or administration department for timely stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
- Meeting & Event Support: Assist in setting up refreshments for meetings, workshops, and other office events.
