- Timely execution of Confirmation/Extension/Transfer/Promotion
- Compensation administration (payroll inputs)
- Handling HRMS Quality
- Implementation/ support of HRIS Projects
- HRIS Management of Employee Records.
- End-to-End Data Management of Employees
- Query Management
- End-to-end Apprentice payroll.
- Streamlining time & absence process for PAN India PPS Sites
- Preparing process notes for all the processes managed by GEEC; Periodically evaluate the current practices, suggest areas of improvement, and update standard operating procedures
- Responsible for end-to-end HR Operations deliverables
- Provide consistent Employee Experience
- Implementation/ support of HRIS Projects
- HRIS Management of Employee Records (Oracle Fusion)
- End-to-End Data Management of Employees
- Support Internal, External Audits and Risk related processes
- Query Management
