 Educational Qualification :

Graduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University

Experience : Freshers / less than 6 months

Age : Min: 20 years to Max: 26 years (on joining)

Duration : 12 months of On-the Job Training 

Department : Branch Banking 

Acquire knowledge of ESAF SFB’s banking products, services, regulations, and compliance.

Assist customers with basic banking support, including account opening queries.

Engage with both prospective and existing customers to identify their banking needs and generate leads for the bank.

Gain hands-on experience in banking operations and customer service.

Participate in structured learning modules on banking products, regulations, and compliance.
