Job Description
Working closely with Head of Apprentice Progression, Learning Support, and colleagues across the Ashridge Apprenticeships team, you will be responsible for supporting a caseload of apprentices throughout their entire learning journey — from initial onboarding through to successful and timely completion.
Your guidance and support will be instrumental in shaping apprentices’ personal and professional development, helping them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
As the primary point of contact for your apprentices, you will provide consistent one-to-one support, ensuring they remain engaged, motivated, and on track. You will also work closely with line managers and apprentice leads to foster strong tripartite relationships that enable effective communication, progress monitoring, and collaborative problem-solving.
